Dairy Writing

    When a person climbs up a mountain, one sees hardly anything of the road either above or below, because of the twists and turns that the road takes. But when one reaches a sufficient height one can look back and see the winding road on which one has come. In effect we gain perspective, understanding and knowledge of our growth by maintaining the diary. A dairy should be a candid and open record with nothing hidden and nothing omitted from context. Thus its a progressive record of one's spiritual development and evolution.

Heart

I always believe in listening to my heart and act as per that. The liveliness of human lies in his heart, whatever feeling a person undergoes it all starts from his heart. And so here we experience the heart based meditation in Sahaj Marg and mould our living.

Thought for soul

"Wonder is not the thing that creates wonder but is an attitude which is created in the mind when it has been purified of almost all samskaras." - Chariji

Our attitude defines the thought, If you would have seen Kungufu Panda, Panda's father says 'There is no special ingredient', its just when we believe/or have a thought that its special it becomes so, the awe the wonder is to make it special, by keeping our thoughts purified.
